Hub of the World (Demo)

Nix and Rufy live normal lives in their remote village until the day they meet the mysterious stranger Sala. Suddenly, they find themselves thrust into a dangerous adventure to reunite the Elemental Witches under the shadow of the Great Cataclysm...

Hub of the World is a loving homage to/parody of 2d RPGs like Final Fantasy and Chrono Trigger, but with added focus on queer identities.

Main Characters:

Nix: Son of the local wizard, the details of Nix's early life are vague and unknown. He doesn't speak much.

Rufy: Nix's best friend, who enjoys befriending monsters almost as much as he likes spending time with Nix.

Sala: A mysterious young lady who is definitely not a thief.

Demo Contains:

• ~2 hours of content;
• 5 summonable monsters;
• 45 minutes of music;
• 8 clowns;
• 1 mysterious ancient cataclysm;
• the world's first* discount dungeon.

*("First" dependent on definition of "world", "discount", and "dungeon". And "first". Ask your doctor if you think this dungeon may be right for you. Side effects include (but are not limited to): death, maiming, loss of treasure, irrational fear that a goblin is constantly standing right behind you, unexpected appearance of branded rocks in inventory space...)

Game controls:

Arrow keys to move; Enter/Return/Space/Z to select/interact; Escape/X to open menu/unselect.
